The Enavsma Foundation has awarded 10 scholarships totalling €50,000 to outstanding Cypriot graduates for further studies at higher educational institutions in Cyprus and abroad.
Entering its fifth year, the Enavsma Foundation is an initiative that represents the evolution and independence of the joint scholarship fund established by Thanos Hotels & Resorts and Round Table 7 Paphos.
This year marks the second time that scholarships have been awarded on a nationwide basis through a specialised programme, enabling more Cypriot youths to pursue their studies and expand their horizons. The programme aims to support postgraduate students who seek to take the next step and become the leaders and pioneers of tomorrow.
The following individuals received scholarships: Alicia Nearchou from Paphos will be studying for a Master’s in Hospitality Management at the Swiss Hotel Management School in Switzerland, Christiana Andreou from Limassol will continue her studies at the Cyprus University of Technology in Experiential Digital Marketing Communications, Alexis Charalambous from Nicosia will study Data Science at ETH Zurich in Switzerland, Alisa Mia Talioti from Paphos will be attending Harvard University in the USA for a degree in Data Science, Eleni Kaisidou from Nicosia will continue her studies at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands in Archaeology-Research, Krisis Nikolaidis from Limassol will study Population Health Sciences at the University of Cambridge in England, Jakobos Maimaris from Paphos will study Creative Production (Film) at Catalyst – Institute for Creative Arts and Technology in Germany, Dimitriana Charalambous from Limassol will attend Sapienza University of Rome for a degree in Transport Systems Engineering, Ioanna Georgiou from Famagusta will continue her studies in Speech Language Pathology at the European University Cyprus, and Kallisteni Charalambous from Limassol will study Marketing at the University of Illinois in Chicago, USA.
The programme continues to be supported by the Hellenic Bank, which has embraced this initiative from the start, ensuring the continuation of young people's academic journeys.
