This promising collaboration will see the group expand into Larnaca, which in recent years has become one of the most popular destinations in Europe.
The new Palm Beach Resort, scheduled to open in 2026, was introduced by the project architects, Heraklis Papachristou and Christodoulos Christodoulou. The resort will feature not only a 5-star hotel but also sports courts, indoor and outdoor pools, a state-of-the-art gym, a playground, luxurious ground-floor private residences, a tower with apartments for ownership, fine dining spaces, entertainment areas, a wellness center, and a beautiful beachfront offering numerous activities and water sports.
